Hannah
Yeomans

Physiotherapist

Hannah is a physiotherapist who supports children to move, play, and participate confidently in everyday life. Hannah works with children from infancy through to early adolescents, providing therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and pools. Hannah has completed her Masters of Physiotherapy and is currently completing her PhD in paediatric neurorehabilitation at Flinders University and Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Hydrotherapy is a key part of Hannah’s practice. Water environment supports children to improve endurance, body awareness, and coordination in an engaging way. Hydrotherapy can help children build the skills and confidence needed to participate in school swimming carnivals, PE lessons, or community activities and sports.

Hannah also works one-on-one with children to practise fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, and kicking. These skills help prepare children to join mainstream sports and activities like basketball, soccer, or karate. She regularly runs both individual and group-based therapy programs and collaborates closely with occupational therapists and families to set meaningful, achievable goals.

Hannah takes a warm, child and family centred approach, working closely with parents to understand each child’s strengths and challenges. She is passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and enjoyment in movement so they can participate fully in everyday life.
